Description
The Il Clima di Augustali red wine is born in vineyards located in the Monreale area, among the hills of the Palermo hinterland.
It is produced from 100% Syrah grapes. The vinification takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks, with maceration on the skins for 8-10 days. The wine is subsequently refined in steel.
Ruby red in color with purple reflections, it reveals aromas of red fruit to the nose, with notes of black pepper and liquorice. The sip is velvety, with good structure and persistence.
This red wine is perfect to accompany mixed grilled meats and semi-mature cheeses.
