Description
Terre Siciliane White Island of Hibiscus in terraced vineyards of the municipality of Ustica, in the province of Palermo.
It is produced with Inzolia and Catarratto grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. The vinification takes place traditionally with temperature control and aging in steel tanks.
The White Island of Hibiscus has a bright straw yellow color. The nose expresses pleasant sensations of apple and Mediterranean spices. On the palate it is full, complex and balanced.
Ideal with seafood, it is perfect in combination with vegetarian dishes.
