Description

Terre Siciliane Nero D'Avola Bausa of Cantine Fina was born in the Bausa district, from which it takes its name, in the splendid western Sicily.

This is a wine that embodies all the passion of this cellar. It is produced entirely from Nero D'Avola grapes all harvested and selected manually in September. After fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine ages for 12 months in barrique and then for a further 6 months in bottle.

It is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with a harmonious and refined fruity bouquet, enriched with spicy notes. On the palate it is elegant and enveloping.

It is perfect to accompany cold cuts and cold cuts, it is ideal if served with meat sauce or red meat main courses.
