Description
Orange liqueur obtained by infusion in alcohol of dried Laraha orange peel, a variety of bitter orange that grows exclusively on the Caribbean island of Curaçao.
Transparent and brilliant in appearance, it offers lively citrus aromas on the nose, followed by hints reminiscent of vanilla and caramel. In the mouth it is slightly bitter, in a harmonious contrast with a satisfying sweetness.
To be enjoyed straight or with ice, it is often used as a taste modifier in cocktails, substituting the Triple Sec very well.
