Description
Haru by Casa Rojo is a Spanish rosé wine produced in the Murcia region, made from Garnacha grapes and inspired by the freshness and vitality of spring. It delivers an elegant, contemporary Mediterranean profile, designed to enhance drinkability and gastronomic character, while maintaining a strong bond with its land of origin.
The grapes are carefully harvested and handled to preserve their aromatic components and natural freshness. Rosé vinification is achieved through gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, in order to strike a balance between structure and fragrance. The process is designed to highlight the varietal characteristics of Garnacha, maintaining integrity and expressive finesse.
The nose reveals intense citrus notes, especially grapefruit, complemented by floral and spicy hints such as fennel. On the palate, it is full-bodied and enveloping, with lingering persistence and citrus freshness that bring balance and invite the next sip. The finish is persistent, harmonious, and marked by a pleasing gustatory tension.
It pairs perfectly with fish dishes, Mediterranean cuisine, white meats, and vegetable-based preparations.
