Description

The red wine Tokyo Gomez-Rojo Cuvée Minami by Casa Rojo is born in vineyards located in the Spanish wine region of Murcia.

It consists of Syrah and Petit Verdot grapes, which are vinified in thermo-controlled steel tanks. The wine then ages in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.

The wine has a ruby red color in the glass. The nose offers aromas of fragrant red fruit. The sip is full and concentrated, with a nice acidity with a persistent finish.

It goes very well with roasted meats.
