Description

Sancaba Bianco 2023 is a white wine produced from the vineyards of the Sancaba Estate, located at an altitude of 650 meters. This is the first year of production of White Sancaba.

The winemaking involves fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 12°C for approximately two weeks with indigenous yeasts. Subsequently, the wine is aged for six months in a 20 hl cement tank with frequent batonnage of the lees, while a small part is aged in a 2.25 hl oak barrique. Finally, the wine was clarified and filtered before bottling.

At sight, Sancaba Bianco presents a bright yellow color. On the nose, it offers a herbaceous aromatic profile with fresh and vertical notes. On the palate, it is characterized by great freshness and verticality, with a herbaceous profile.

Perfect to pair with fish dishes, light appetizers and fresh salads.
