Description

The Toscana Bianco Galestro di Ruffino was born in vineyards located in the heart of Tuscany. The Ponte d'Oro is a simple and fresh wine, perfectly representing the most ancient Tuscan traditions.

It is produced with Trebbiano, Malvasia and Chardonnay grapes, harvested during the second half of September. After a soft pressing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers at a controlled temperature of 8 ° C, before being bottled.

Galestro is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with aromas of wild flowers, enriched with pleasant hints of Golden apple. On the palate it is fragrant, pleasantly fresh and with a citrus aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
