Description

Bianco Le Due Arbie di Dievole comes from the vineyards located in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga in the province of Siena.

It is made with a blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes, harvested in the first half of October. A soft crushing-destemming allows to extract only the noble must, cooled and left to settle in the cold. Fermentation takes place slowly and constantly, for 35 days at a temperature of 17-18 ° C, followed by aging in steel for 3 months.

Le Due Arbie di Dievole is characterized by a bright lemon yellow color. The nose opens with intense aromas of white peach and lychees. In the mouth it is fresh and pleasant, with intense sensations of yellow peach and passion fruit and an interesting minerality.

To be tasted in the first year of life, this white is ideal in combination with white meats and fish. Excellent in combination with oriental dishes, sushi above all.
