Toscana IGT Manero Bianco 2016 Fattoria del Cerro
Description
The Tuscan Manero Bianco of Tenute del Cerro was born in vineyards located on the hills of Acquaviva di Montepulciano, in the province of Siena.
It is mainly produced with Trebbiano and Moscato grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ° C for 25 days. Subsequently, the wine ages in steel until bottling.
The Manero Bianco of Tenute del Cerro is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with pleasant fruity hints of Golden apple, white plum and green banana. On the palate it is balanced and of medium concentration, with a slight acidulous note in the finish that invites you to drink.
Perfect in combination with appetizers and fish-based first courses, this white wine is ideal for accompanying seafood and shellfish dishes.
