Description
The Tuscany Merlot Sant'Adele was born in the Sant'Adele, Miliana and San Michele vineyards, located in the heart of Chianti.
It is produced exclusively with Merlot grapes, harvested only by hand during the month of September. The wine ages in barriques at controlled temperature for 15 months before being bottled.
It is characterized by an intense red color. The nose opens with hints of plums and cherries, enriched with pleasant blueberry aromas. On the palate it is pleasantly soft and round, well balanced.
Perfect to accompany first courses, it is ideal in combination with roasts and game.
