Toscana IGT Rosato Acquagiusta 2015 Tenuta La Badiola

The Toscana Rosato Acquagiusta from Tenuta La Badiola was born in the Levante vineyard, located in the old Acquagiusta farm, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma.

It is produced exclusively with Alicante grapes, pressed at very low pressures to avoid the extraction of color from the peel and at the same time allow the passage of the best aromatic charge to the must.

The Acquagiusta Rosé is characterized by a ripe onion skin color. The nose opens with hints of small red fruits enriched with intense spicy notes. On the palate it is pleasantly elegant, with an excellent balance between alcohol, acidity and body. This wine has a long, persistent and aromatic finish.

Perfect to accompany first courses, it is ideal in combination with white meats and aged cheeses.
