Description

The Rubizzo Tuscany of the Rocca delle Macie winery was born in the heart of the Chianti Classico area.

It is mainly produced from Sangiovese grapes with the addition of a small quantity of Merlot grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature.

Rubizzo is characterized by a bright ruby red color. The nose opens with an intense bouquet of ripe red fruits and gives a fragrant and elegant finish with hints of violets. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, balanced and soft.

It is a versatile wine that goes well with different gastronomic proposals. Ideal to accompany risotto with sausage, soups and soups, it is perfect in combination with grilled white meats and grilled noble poultry with side dishes of beans.
