Toscana Syrah IGT Podere 277 2018 Campo alle Comete

Podere 277 is located within the homonymous farm which is entirely cared for by Campo alle Comete, an area particularly suited to the cultivation of Syrah grapes which, moreover, is the only variety present.

Syrah in purity, carries out the vinification process only in steel, with refinement of 10 months which is completed with a further 6 months in the bottle before being placed on the market.

Ruby red in color, it perfumes red berry fruit accompanied by pleasant floral nuances. In the mouth it is revealed agile and crunchy in the fruit, with a good final balance expressed on balsamic notes.

Perfect with grilled red meats and game, it goes well with aged cheeses.
