Description
The Toscana Sauvignon Blanc of Villa Pillo comes from the historic vineyards of the estate, in the heart of Chianti.
Produced with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, a white grape variety originally from the French area of Bordeaux, it is fermented under dry ice in stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, it is aged for 4 months in new French barriques.
It has a golden yellow color, with fruity hints of peach and tropical fruits, enriched with spicy notes following the passage in barrique. The taste is fresh, round and elegant.
Ideal as an aperitif, Toscana Sauvignon Blanc is excellent in combination with fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
