Description

The Riesling of Tenuta San Leonardo comes from vineyards in the Val di Cembra, located at a height of 700 meters above sea level.

It is obtained only from Riesling Renano grapes, which are subjected to a brief maceration at low temperature and ferment at 13 ° C for about 20 days. This white wine remains aged for 12 months on the lees in French oak tonneaux and for a further 6 months in the bottle.

Straw yellow with greenish reflections, it expresses a fruity aroma of great intensity on the nose, enriched with aromatic and mineral hints. In the mouth it is dry and fresh, full-bodied, characterized by a marked elegance.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in the company of raw fish, oysters and herb risotto. Try it with white truffle.
