Description
This Sauvignon was born in the vineyards of Villa Vescovile located in the municipalities of Lavis and Gardolo, in Trentino.
It is produced with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. After being subjected to cryomaceration and separated from the skins for pressing, the wine is fermented at a constant temperature of 20 ° C, for twelve days. Cold and sterile bottling follows.
The Sauvignon of Villa Vescovile shows a straw yellow color. The nose opens with a delicate and pleasant floral scent, well accompanied by slight hints of almond. In the mouth it shows a dry, round and pleasantly fresh wine.
It goes perfectly with fish and white meats, also interesting is the combination with egg dishes.
