Description
This Lagrein rises on the hills of Roveré della Luna, from soils made up of limestone rich in gravel and pebbles.
The harvest is done manually and the grapes are fermented with long maceration on the skins. The wine ages large wooden barrels.
It has an intense purple red color. The bouquet is fragrant, with fruity notes reminiscent of raspberry and blueberry combined with sweet spicy references. The sip is full, with great structure and persistence.
It goes well with cured meats and aged cheeses, traditional first courses, roasts and grills.
