Description

The Pinot Grigio from Cantina La Vis is part of the Classics selection, dedicated to the most representative wines of Trentino. The company was founded in 1948 and is based in Lavis, in the province of Trento.

The grape harvest takes place in the second decade of September, followed by soft pressing and static decantation of the must. Vinification follows with fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel vats, and then proceeds to refinement on the lees for 5-6 months before bottling.

Golden yellow in color, the nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit and honey. The sip is mineral and with a good persistence.

It goes well with raw fish, grilled fish and fresh cheeses.
