Description

Ferrari's Trento Brut is born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Val di Cembra and Valle dei Laghi, on the hills of Trentino.

Freshness, fragrance and finesse are the characteristics of this limited edition of Ferrari Trento, the official toast of Formula 1®, dedicated to some iconic Grand Prix. This label, for example, is dedicated to the Italian Grand Prix held on the Monza circuit.

It is produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes, harvested by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. After the classic white vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method with 36 months aging on its own yeasts.

It is characterized by a bright straw yellow color, and by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose has aromas of ripe fruit with notes of bread crust and hazelnut. On the palate it is fresh and elegant; the finish surprises with hints of citrus and mineral sensations.

A bubbly for the whole meal, perfect to uncork for special occasions.
