Description
Trento DOC Brut Metodo Classico is produced with Chardonnay grapes coming from the hilly area of the Trentino valleys. The soils vary from basaltic to porphyritic with schistose matrices.
The grapes are harvested by hand and processed with soft pressing, followed by refermentation in the bottle. The wine matures on the yeasts for at least 24 months, before disgorgement and the dosage of the liqueur d'expedition.
It has a light straw color and persistent perlage, a fine and fresh nose and a harmonious palate with a persistent acidity.
Excellent as an aperitif and ideal throughout the meal.
