Description

The Trento Brut Millesimato Conte Federico di Masi was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Gragnago di Valpolicella, in the province of Verona.

It is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, with aging on the lees ranging from 36 to 48 months.

Trento Conte Federico di Masi is characterized by an intense straw yellow color, with golden reflections, and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with fragrant aromas of bread crust and cream, enriched with pleasant hints of orange peel and spices. In the mouth it is fresh and refined, with an excellent balance between fruity hints of apple and peach.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal to combine with fish crudités.
