Description

Maximum Brut was born inside the spectacular Ferrari estate, from land scattered in the various municipalities of the Val d'Adige, Val di Cembra and Valle dei Laghi, in Trentino.

This sparkling wine is made from only Chardonnay grapes, harvested manually in the first half of September. Following the classic sparkling method, the product matures and referments for at least 36 months on the selected yeasts in its own crops.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose offers delicate aromas of fresh fruit, with notes of bread crust, hazelnut and a refined bouquet of white flowers. In the mouth it is soft and harmonious, with persistent fruity notes and well assisted by delicate and unobtrusive bubbles.

Perfect for the aperitif moment, it proves to be a good companion for appetizers and dishes based on fish and shellfish. Also excellent with some vegetarian dishes rich in sauces.
