Description

The Trento Müller Thurgau Vigna delle Forche di Cembra was born in the vineyards suited to the classic area of the Cembra valley, in the heart of Trentino Alto Adige.

It is produced exclusively with Müller Thurgau grapes, harvested only by hand during the first ten days of September. After a soft pressing of the grapes and a static decantation of the must, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees for 7-8 months, before being bottled.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color, with emerald green reflections. The nose opens with elegant mineral hints of carob and flint. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh.

Perfect to accompany first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish dishes.
