Description

Trento Pas Dosé Millesimato AlpeRegis di Rotari originates from the vineyards surrounding the Piana Rotaliana, in Trentino.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested in a rather advanced stage of maturation. After the classic white winemaking processes, second fermentation takes place in bottle, according to the Metodo Classico, with ageing for 60 months on its lees.

Trento Pas Dosé Millesimato AlpeRegis by Rotari is characterized by an intense straw yellow colour and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with hints of hazelnut and other dried fruit, well harmonized with fruity hints of peach, apricot and yellow apple. On the palate it is decisive and character, however pleasant.

Aperitif bubbles for special occasions, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish crudités.
