Description

First Classic Method sparkling wine from the historic San Leonardo winery which debuts in style with this Trento Doc not dosed with a strong identity, a tribute to the Trentino mountains, ready to compete with the great Italian and French bubbles. Blanc de Blancs composed only of Chardonnay grapes, is aged for 3 years on its lees.

Bright straw yellow with minute and persistent perlage, it exposes a delicate bouquet of white fruit and candied citrus, on light notes of bread crust. Elegance and minerality come together on the palate, expressing itself on a fresh, creamy and fragrant texture.

Excellent on fish and crustacean appetizers, beautifully stock a baked sea bream.
