Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Cuvée Speciale C 2016 Carmina

The Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Cuvèe Special "C" from Carmina was born in the vineyards located on the hills of Conegliano Veneto.

It is mainly produced with Glera, Pinot Bianco and Lyrico grapes, harvested entirely by hand. The grapes undergo a soft pressing by means of a horizontal press. Subsequently the must ferments at controlled temperature in contact with the selected yeasts. Finally, the wine ages in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.

The Cuvèe Speciale "C" is characterized by a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with aromas of white flowers such as wisteria and acacia, enriched with notes of fruit such as peach and kiwi. On the palate it is fresh, harmonious and pleasantly fruity, with a rich and creamy foam.

Perfect to accompany fish appetizers and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with first courses with seafood and fish dishes.
