Description
Prosecco Superiore Agostino is the vintage Prosecco from Marsuret, produced with the grapes that grow in the high hills subject to careful selection.
It is mainly obtained from Glera grapes, accompanied in the blend by small additions of native Verdiso, Bianchetta and Perera grapes. Fermentation takes place in white. This is followed by sparkling wine in an autoclave according to the Charmat method.
Pale straw yellow in color, with a lively and persistent perlage, it opens to the nose on intense fruity sensations, elegant and pleasant. On the palate it proves fresh and sapid, very soft and aromatic.
Important sparkling wine, it can accompany the aperitif moment as well as dessert.
