Description
Prosecco Superiore Il Soller comes from the most protected vineyards of Marsuret, whose particular inclination guarantees a favourable exposure to the sun.
The fruit of a white vinification of Glera grapes, it starts the second fermentation in steel pressurized tanks following the principles of the Charmat Method.
Straw yellow with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is elegant and delicate, with the scene dominated predominantly by hints of ripe apple. The flavour is inviting, aromatic and well-structured.
Excellent to accompany a rich aperitif.
