Description

Spumante Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Riva di San Floriano di Nino Franco vineyard was born in the homonymous vineyard of Riva di San Floriano, located in the heart of the municipality of Valdobbiadene.

It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes. This sparkling wine is obtained through a second fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a complex bouquet, with hints of peach, apple and lime, enriched with pleasant aromas of wisteria and orange blossom. On the palate it is pleasantly intense and fruity, with a balanced acidity.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with first courses, fish dishes and white meats.
