Description

Carmenere Natura is a wine that reflects Emiliana's commitment to the environment.

The winemaking process begins with the grape harvest, followed by controlled fermentation in stainless steel. The 8-month ageing in steel preserves the varietal characteristics of Carmenere, enhancing its fruity aromas and velvety structure without the influence of wood.

This wine shows a deep purple red colour. On the nose, it presents an intensely fruity bouquet, with dominant notes of plum and redcurrant, accompanied by hints of toast and blackcurrant. On the palate, the tannins are soft, ripe, and velvety, with good density and a pleasant, persistent finish.

Ideal with grilled red meats and stews, well-seasoned white meats and game. Excellent also paired with pasta such as rigatoni and aged cheeses.
