Description

This Un-oaked Chardonnay from Emiliana's Natura line is produced from vineyards located in the Bío-Bío Valley, Chile.

It is made mainly from Chardonnay grapes with very small additions of Viognier and Marsanne, all hand-picked. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at low controlled temperatures. The wine undergoes a brief cold stabilization before bottling. No wood aging occurs.

Light straw-yellow in color, the nose reveals enticing citrus notes, particularly grapefruit and lime, followed by juicy pineapple aromas. On the palate, it is well balanced, with hints of tropical fruit and a finish of great freshness and elegance.

Perfect with salads in general, it pairs beautifully with all seafood dishes.
