Description
Les Emirs of Clos St. Thomas was born in the fertile Bekaa Valley in Lebanon.
Made with Syrah, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, it is aged for 12 months in barrique, 70% American (Quercus alba), and 30% French (Quercus petraea).
It is characterized by a bright red color. The nose opens with spicy hints that bring to mind licorice and black pepper, with a finish of ginger and berries. On the palate it is full-bodied and structured.
Ideal as a meditation wine, it is also excellent in combination with braised meats, roasts and important dishes.
