Description

The Valpolicella Classico from Tenute Salvaterra is born in the vineyards of the company located in the famous DOC Valpolicella, an extraordinary Venetian terroir.

Obtained from a skilful blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella grapes, typical of the territory, this wine, after the classic red winemaking processes, ages and ages in steel for a few months, before being bottled.

Valpolicella Classico from Tenute Salvaterra has a ruby red color with subtle violet reflections. The nose presents elegant and delicate floral aromas, well mixed with spicy sensations and fresh flavors of morello cherry. In the mouth it shows a good personality, with a harmonious taste and well-smoothed tannins.

To be consumed in the first three years of life, this wine goes very well with appetizers, first courses and cold cuts and salami.
