Description
Hey French You Could Have Made This But You Didn’t by Pasqua is a white wine with a strongly expressive character, born from vineyards on the Veronese side of Monte Calvarina, in the Soave area. The soil, of basaltic-volcanic origin with limestone outcrops, ensures great minerality and longevity. The blend is composed of Garganega, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon, varieties that provide structure, freshness and aromatic complexity.
This wine is the result of a careful selection of different vintages, each vinified separately. After alcoholic fermentation, the vintages rest for 3–4 months on the lees, followed by maturation in first-fill barriques and tonneaux for about eight months. Subsequently, the wine is aged in stainless steel before being assembled into the final blend, ensuring harmonious balance and great ageing potential.
The aromatic profile shows fresh exotic fruit, chamomile, sage and delicate floral hints of rosebud; on the palate it is complex and fresh, with the typical almond notes of Garganega, herbaceous nuances attributable to Sauvignon Blanc and a marked minerality of volcanic origin that delivers a full, persistent finish.
This white wine pairs perfectly with fish dishes, shellfish and soft cheeses, enhancing their finesse with its elegance and aromatic complexity.
