Description

Venezia Giulia Malvasia di Skerk was born in vineyards located in the heart of the Karst.

It is produced exclusively with Malvasia grapes, an ancient vine with Hellenic origins, known in the Mediterranean area and present on the Karst since ancient times. The maturation takes place in the vineyard, after a skilful selection of grapes, followed by a vinification in the cellars dug directly into the limestone.

This Malvasia is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with fruity aromas of apricots, medlars and citrus fruits, enriched with pleasant floral and balsamic notes. On the palate it is pleasantly dry, sapid and fresh.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes and soups, it is ideal in combination with stewed white meats.
