Description

The Venezia Giulia Ribolla Gialla of the Archètipi di Puiatti line was born in vineyards located in Romans d'Isonzo, in the heart of Friuli.

It is produced with 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand at the end of September. It is obtained with the innovative "Infusion" technique which consists in immersing the Ribolla Gialla grapes in the Ribolla wine of the previous year, allowing thanks to the alcohol of the wine to extract the precious aromatic components contained in the skins of this unique grape variety. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months in steel containers and for another 6 months in bottle, before being released on the market.

The Ribolla Gialla Archètipi by Puiatti has a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with floral aromas of acacia and elderberry flowers, enriched with notes of honey, ripe Golden apple and cooked pear, with hints of gooseberry. On the palate it is fresh and round, with a long persistence.

Perfect to accompany cold appetizers and soups, it is ideal in combination with first courses based on vegetables or fish.
