Description
The Venezia Giulia Sauvignon di Mont'Albano was born in vineyards located in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
This wine is produced exclusively with Sauvignon grapes, grown in organic farming without the use of substances harmful to the environment, in order to enhance the organoleptic characteristics and typicality of Sauvignon.
This Sauvignon is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with an intense bouquet, with aromas of elderberry, peach and tropical fruits. On the palate it is soft, pleasantly enveloping, with a savory note and a beautiful persistence.
Perfect to accompany fish, sushi and shellfish dishes, it is ideal in combination with white meats, cold cuts and cold cuts.
