Maèntu Vermentino di Sardegna is a dry white wine made from Vermentino grapes, bright and fragrant, an expression of the island’s maritime freshness and Mediterranean character.
The grapes undergo white vinification with careful handling to preserve the variety’s aromatic integrity, freshness, and natural mineral component.
On the nose, notes of citrus, white flowers, aromatic herbs, and peach emerge; on the palate it is smooth, vibrant, and well-balanced, with delicate salinity, fresh minerality, and an aromatic, refreshing finish.
Ideal with fish, shellfish, fresh cheeses, spaghetti with sea urchin, burrida, and fregola with clams.
