Description

Filippi's Verona Garganega Monteseroni was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Castelcerino, near Soave, in the province of Verona.

It is produced with 100% Garganega grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for about 10 months in steel tanks in contact with its yeasts.

Monteseroni di Filippi has a straw yellow color, almost golden. The nose opens with fruity notes of grapefruit, citrus and apple enriched with fresh hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is enveloping, medium-bodied with a pleasant final freshness.

Perfect to accompany delicious appetizers and delicate fish dishes. Ideal with grilled swordfish.
