Description
Microwinerie's Magma red wine is a wine that comes from the joint commitment of some small French wineries, in this case of Clos de la Molénie, in Ruch, Aquitaine.
The wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, vinified in steel. The refinement lasts 12 months and takes place for 60% in wooden barrels, for 40% in amphorae.
Intense ruby red in color with garnet reflections, it reveals aromas of blackberries and blackcurrants on the nose with delicate notes of pepper and wood. The sip is fresh and elegant, with silky tannins.
Excellent with mushroom dishes, beef steak and grilled cheese.
