Description

Terre Métissée is a red wine produced by Vinovalie in collaboration with Vignobles Dom Brial, a result of the union of two winemaking cultures and four different types of soil representative of the southwest of France and Roussillon. This unique blend combines seven grape varieties: Malbec, Syrah, Braucol, Grenache, Négrette, Carignan, and Mourvèdre, expressing the richness and diversity of the Occitan terroir.

The winemaking follows a traditional method, with hot maceration of the grapes before fermentation. This process enhances aromatic extraction and gives the wine a full-bodied and harmonious structure, while maintaining elegance and finesse.

In appearance, it presents a deep and brilliant black color. The aromatic bouquet is intense, with delicate notes of kirsch cherry, blackberry, and blackcurrant. On the palate, it is full and round, with a velvety texture and a finish of great elegance.

Ideal when paired with duck burgers, aged cheeses, or chocolate desserts.
