Description

The Petit Sucré by Nativ is a sweet white wine produced from pure Fiano grapes, harvested late in the Irpinia area. A refined expression of a prestigious Campania grape variety, it comes from vineyards cultivated on hilly volcanic soils, with the presence of clay and limestone. Its soft and aromatic nature makes it ideal for moments of contemplation or sweet conviviality.

The grapes are naturally dried on the vine and harvested in November through staggered picking in the cool hours of the morning. After a gentle pressing, the must undergoes cold clarification and ferments in new French barriques. Maturation continues in amphorae, followed by aging for 6 months in the bottle.

In the glass, it presents as golden with cedar-colored reflections. On the nose, notes of orange blossom, grapefruit, and bitter orange emerge, while on the palate, it reveals itself as complex and enveloping, with hints of pear, syrupy peach, and candied fruit, balanced by a pleasant acidic freshness that supports its overall balance.

It elegantly pairs with foie gras, caramelized duck, traditional Mediterranean desserts, and fine chocolate.
