Description

Blanc d’Àmfora by Can Rich is a white wine produced at the Can Llaudis estate. The Moscatel Grano Menudo grapes come from vineyards near the sea, on silty and slightly saline soils that impart minerality and tension to the wine.

Vinification employs only terracotta amphorae to enhance the varietal and territorial character, with a six-month maturation that develops elegance and complexity without the influence of wood.

On the nose, white flowers, rose petals, candied orange peel, and honey stand out. The palate is round and fresh, with a slightly saline and bitter finish that reflects the influence of the coastal terroir.

Excellent with raw seafood, fresh cheeses, or pasta dishes with aromatic herbs.
