French Bloom's Le Blanc is an alcohol-free Blanc de Blancs, made from dealcoholized Chardonnay wine, white grape juice, and lemon juice. The wine comes from the renowned Languedoc region in France and undergoes a manual dealcoholization process to preserve the integrity of the flavours, resulting in a sparkling wine with an alcohol content of 0.0%.

The dealcoholization is carried out under vacuum, with no added sugars or chemicals. Other natural ingredients, such as lemon juice, are added to ensure a harmonious balance of aromas and to create a rich complexity on the palate.

On the nose, fresh mineral notes of pear are perceived, followed by tropical aromas, Granny Smith apple, spicy citrus and white flowers.
