Description

Le Blanc by French Bloom is an alcohol-free Blanc de Blancs, made with dealcoholized Chardonnay wine, white grape juice, and lemon juice. The wine, sourced from France’s renowned Languedoc region, undergoes a manual dealcoholization process to preserve the integrity of the flavors, resulting in a sparkling wine with an alcohol content of 0.0%.

Dealcoholization takes place under vacuum, with no added sugars. Other natural ingredients, such as lemon juice, are added to ensure aromatic balance and create a sensation of rich complexity on the palate.

On the nose, fresh, mineral notes of pear are followed by tropical aromas, Granny Smith apple, spiced citrus, and white flowers.

This vegan wine is perfect for those seeking a refined, alcohol-free alternative for an aperitif.
