Description
JP Chenet's Extra Dry Ice Edition rosé sparkling wine comes from the blending of different grapes.
The grapes are destemmed and pressed, to then be vinified at low temperatures. After the addition of yeasts, the froth takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks.
Soft pink in color, the nose reveals aromas of cherry and strawberries. The sip is soft and pleasant.
It is excellent for an informal aperitif.
