Description

Rosamaro is a Charmat Method sparkling wine obtained only from Negroamaro grapes that brings with it the energy and light of the Salento coast.

It has a bright and shiny cherry pink color, with a fine perlage. The nose is intense and fruity: it releases fresh hints of rennet apple and small red fruits. The same sensations perceived on the nose are found punctually on the palate, to merge into an overall soft and smooth experience.

Recommended as an aperitif or in combination with fish dishes.
