Dealcoholised Sparkling White Wine

Originating from a territory with a predominantly Mediterranean climate, this 0.0% de-alcoholised white sparkling wine from Brilla! benefits from proximity to the sea and the shelter of the Alps, which help create optimal conditions for growing grapes. The vineyards enjoy good sun exposure and regular breezes that keep the bunches healthy. The alternation of cold winters and summers with marked diurnal temperature swings promotes the aromatic development of the Italian white grapes used in its production.

De-alcoholisation takes place through an advanced distillation process in vacuum evaporation columns. First, the volatile aromas are captured and then reintegrated into the wine. Subsequently, ethanol is gradually removed by controlled evaporation, until a product with zero alcohol content is obtained. Thanks to the technology employed, the organoleptic characteristics of the original wine are preserved, keeping the aromas and palate appeal intact.

In appearance it shows a bright straw yellow with luminous highlights. On the nose it offers a fragrant bouquet with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit and delicate floral hints. The palate is fresh, harmonious and pleasing, with a lively, playful finish that highlights its carefree, engaging character.
