Description
Romantic Passion Osé (Prosé) Rosé di Gancia is born in vineyards located in the heart of the Asti and Cuneo hills.
This sparkling wine comes from the assembly of white and red grapes, vinified and left to ferment in steel at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C-18 ° C. The sparkling process follows the Martinotti or Charmat medoto, with a fermentation duration of about 25 days, followed by aging.
Romantic Passion Osé Rosé has a limpid pale pink color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers subtle aromas of small red fruits and delicate notes of white flowers. In the mouth it shows a soft and pleasantly fresh wine.
Perfect for the aperitif moment, it also goes very well with light appetizers based on fish or vegetables.
