Description
The Bela di Burja White Wine rises in the vineyards of Ravno Brdo and Stranice which reach over 60 years of age, in the Vipacco Valley, the place from which famous white wines originate.
It is obtained from an assembly of Riesling Italico, Rebula, Malvasia and other local grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel, after which the wine stays in concrete tanks and in oak vats for 10 months.
Intense straw yellow in color, intense and persistent aromas of yellow fruit and citrus on the nose, set on a pleasant mineral background. On the palate it combines good freshness and balance with a good fruity persistence.
Ideal in combination with all vegetarian dishes, it is excellent in the company of a good fish menu.
